Oak & Ice Cafe

Oak & Ice Cafe is an intimate, design-conscious coffee shop located in the vibrant heart of Berlin. The interior creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, where natural wood finishes, soft lighting, and carefully curated furnishings cultivate a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The design balances modern minimalism with rustic charm, emphasizing clean lines, tactile materials, and sustainability. Vintage posters and artwork adorn the walls, lending character and a sense of narrative to the space.

Seating is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both social interaction and individual comfort, with a mix of low concrete-top tables, cozy armchairs, and reclaimed S-Bahn train benches. Large windows frame views of the bustling city while filling the interior with natural light.

The coffee bar serves as the centrepiece of the cafe, a composition of eclectic materials and stainless steel appliances. Behind it, a painted oak by American artist Nina Lacey is framed with reclaimed window frames, doubling as shelving and a backdrop to the bar. A sleek espresso machine and a curated selection of coffees and teas from around the world complete the experience, making Oak & Ice a place where design, craft, and conviviality meet seamlessly.
